CAUSE OF ACNE FORMING!<\/p>\n

\"\ud83c\udf38\"<\/span> #Acne<\/a> occurs due to hair follicles – sebaceous glands are overactive, leading to excess sebum secretion, stagnation in pores forming acne (#comedone<\/a>). When the acne nucleus has formed, the bacteria (P. Acnes) available in the pores will grow and multiply, causing red, festering inflammation, worse, infection.<\/p>\n

\"\ud83c\udf38\"<\/span> #Hormonal<\/a> changes during puberty or menstruation will cause the sebaceous glands on the skin to thrive, the skin surface becomes oily, leading to clogged pores and physiological acne formation.<\/p>\n

Polluted environment is also the cause of acne “visiting”. Smoke and dirt combined with the typical hot and humid climate of Vietnam make the skin surface sensitive, prone to the formation of allergic acne.<\/p>\n

\"\ud83c\udf38\"<\/span> #Diet<\/a> high in stimulants (coffee, alcohol, tobacco …) and hot spicy food will also make acne worse.<\/p>\n

#Stress<\/a> causes mental decline and quality of life, along with a significant impact on skin health. Stress contributes to increased sebaceous gland activity, and as a result, acne appears.<\/p>\n

\"\ud83c\udf38\"<\/span> Using cosmetics that are not suitable and of poor quality will also cause skin irritation and acne. Especially skin whitening products, making the skin thin and weak, thus causing “anaphylactic” acne on the skin.<\/p>\n

Acne-prone skin needs a special “care regimen”, which, if not properly maintained, can make acne worse, cause inflammation, infection, and leave consequences such as scars and pitting.
